Services
We provide process agent and related legal support services throughout the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Supply all required documentation.
- Ensure that you have the legal authority to instruct us.
- Respond promptly to any requests for additional information.
- Ensure that your contact details, including your email address and correspondence address, remain accurate and up to date throughout the duration of our appointment.
- Notify us immediately of any change to your address or contact information. We will communicate with you primarily by email, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your email address remains current and monitored.
Fees and Payment
- Fees will be agreed before work begins unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of instruction.
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
- Annual renewal fees must be paid within 7 days of the payment request or renewal notice being issued.
- If payment is not received within this period, your agreement with My Process Agent will automatically terminate.
- Upon termination due to non-payment, we may notify your lender that we are no longer acting as your Process Agent.
- Where a Process Agent is a condition of your loan or finance agreement, your lender may treat the absence of a valid Process Agent as a breach of your agreement, which could result in your loan being placed into default or other action being taken by your lender. My Process Agent accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from the termination of our appointment due to non-payment.
Additional Charges
Our annual service includes the handling of up to 25 pages of correspondence during the service period.
If we receive more than 25 pages of correspondence on your behalf within any annual service period, we reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee of £100 for that year.
Cancellation and Refunds
If your loan or finance agreement is repaid, cancelled, or otherwise terminated before the end of the annual service period, any fees already paid for our Process Agent services are non-refundable.
Service Delivery
While we aim to deliver services promptly, delivery times may vary depending on circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties or government agencies.
- Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by clients.
- Failure by the client to notify us of changes to their contact details or address.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service provided, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to My Process Agent and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Introduce malicious software or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Privacy
